You need to ask MNHQ, you can't do it yourself.

Either click on Report (to the right hand side of where your user name is :

And MN don't, except under exceptional circumstances.

They say that it makes a mess of threads and makes them unreadable if everyone deletes all their posts all the time.

Yes, that's right. I could publish anything I post, and so could MN.

They kindly agreed to change the posting name on all my posts under an old name for me, as I had fucked up and connected this username to my RL name on the internet. I did ask for deletion first but they suggested the mass name change which was better.
