Is there a quick way to see the first unread post on a thread?

You know, when you've read 397 posts but the next time you log on it's 842 and you have to spend actual time looking for the first unread one?

If you go into your message board options, there's an option to bookmark threads. You can then bookmark the last message you've seen in a topic and if, in future, you click on the thread title from any of the thread lists, it skips to that message.
