Pages STILL loading really slowly, am pissed off.....

Is it you MNHQ or me? Have Firefox and Avast. Am pissed off and about to give up on this site. It's become a pointless waste of time and really annoying.

It's running OK from this end. Are you using a computer or a phone to access MN?

Laptop. It's been over a week. Slightly better now, but still loads slow after 2 or 3 pages.

Me having terrible problems too, giving up...on laptop.. same systems that have been fine for ages, but for past few weeks terribly slow to load..miss you all sob

Have you tried blocking the adverts?

Have you tried using a different web browser? It should not really make much difference but browsers process the data differently, so some may seem to stick if they can't get all the content downloaded.

I use Chrome, which is based on the same engine as Firefox. Not having any trouble with speed of page load.

You could try telling your browser it's an Android Phone, so getting Mumsnet Mobile version. How to change your browsers user agent without installing any extensions.

It may just be a slow loading advert, I've had that before.

We're not aware of any slow-running prob this end - although the site does get very busy at lunchtime and between 8pm and 9.30pm which can slow things down a little.

If you like to give us a bit more info on how you view Mumsnet (phone/computer; which browser; mobile or desktop version or app), we can try to help you some more.
