It's probably been sent. There's a glitch HQ know about it.

You need to send them from Inbox, Chaos. But the one you sent will have gone, even though it doesn't appear to have.

Just ignore the error message: your PMs will be sent, despite what you're seeing. We promise.

And, if you want to avoid the error messages altogether, do send your PMs via your Inbox, rather than from discussion threads.
