I can't send PMs!

Why? Whenever I hit send, an error message saying {"succeeded"true,"s2":null,"s2":null,"errorMsg":","successMsg":"","retCode":
0,"s9":null,"obj":null,"s7":null, etc etc

comes up.

What's going on?
