Swears By code question

I have been trying to use the code for L'occitane since getting my 'swears by' email earlier today and it keeps showing up as promotion code not recognised.

Is it me or their website who is doing something wrong?!

Hi there - We've checked with the Sales team and they've said it should all be running fine. Just to clarify, is 'MUMSNETSKIN' the code you've inputted? Without the space in between and in capitals?

yes it was (I tried all permutations!).

no probs for me now as I found a different code and used that in the meantime but am glad it's been checked
