iPhone app glitch?

I keep getting a glitch on my iPhone app, the topic title and thread title stay at the top of the screen when I have closed the thread, which means I can't use the + button or the back button what's going on??!!

Yep. Me too. I have to force quit the app, then it's ok. But it does need a fix.

Yes I have had to delete the app and reinstall to get rid of it, using the mobile site to post this.

You don't have to delete the app.

Just come out of it, then double-press your home button, so you get the multi-tasking bar, with all your open apps at the bottom. Press and hold the MN app til the minus symbol appears. Press the minus, and it forces the app yo quit.

Oh I had that for a while had to keep deleting and re installing that app it's very annoying

Switching your phone off then in again fixes it too.

Have you all updated to iOS6? Because I have found that this only started happening after I updated.

I am thinking it's an Apple thing rather than an MN thing, it just seems to be affecting this App the most.

Any ideas, Tech?

Yes. Am on iPhone 5.

Sorry about this - as others have said, sounds as though it might be an iOS6 issue? (I'm avoiding iOS6 as I'm extremely dependent on Google Maps...)

We will have a new iPhone app VERY SHORTLY which (fingers crossed) will be fully tested in iOS6, so I'm afraid the best advice for now is to use the mobile site or browser for MN if you're affected by this.
