i have changed my name for this i'm afraid. i have discovered that someone on here is related to my friend. i'm not happy with the things she says about her and the family, most of which i know first hand are not true. What do i do? if i say anything she will complain to my friend who has no idea what is being said about her (and would be gutted if she knew) or do i let her get away with it? your help please lovely people x

I'd say other than you knowing who is being talked about, no-one else does. This is an open forum,so i think unless this person is naming names, there is very little you can do about it.

You 'let' her get away with it as she is allowed say what she likes here as long as she doesn't name names. We are all allowed have our different points of view. You can of course talk to the person involved in rl if you really want to take action.
