Is it possible to indicate when a title has been changed?

Yes but they indicate in the thread and so you read it thinking why are people asking those questions, it's obvious.

There is a thread in AIBU which the title now makes it obvious that the OP is talking about a child who has died but it didn't originally and that has caused a lot of confusion.

That thread in IABU has unfortunately turned into a total farce, which is very sad for the OP.

MNHQ need a new system.

If there was a indication in the title that it had been changed you wouldn't get all the people saying "well I knew what you meant"
