Name changed (got bored of the old one) and now can't log into app any more. Got into the mobile version of the site with same user name / pw combo, so I know it's right. But keep getting message on app that user name or pw is incorrect.
Have tried many times, being super careful to make sure I'm not making typos, still not working. Help! (Please)
