Log in Log bloody out

Why why why have I been randomly logged out several times a day for the past 10 days or so. It is driving me potty and pottily driven is not where I want to be.

I always tick the bloody box and I never log out. Not never.

I have been calling my computer all sorts of Bad Things. I thought it was His Fault. Its really annoying though, isnt it.

If I log in on a different device it logs me out of the original device, if you see what I mean. I can't stay logged in on two things (ipod, laptop) at the same time.

Well I have forever and a day been able to be logged in on my phone and laptop, and iPod Touch, without any problems.

I just did important science stuff to prove that very point to myself and , as usual, I was absolutely right. Therefore I must be a genius. Or something.

Anyway, my pottiness is ever increasing.

I am usually logged into 3 or 4 things at once.

I have no idea why you can't be, Endo. I've heard others say that as well, though.

Might be an OS issue. Might be you forgot to tick 'keep me logged in'.

Since the big site update - cannot remember when, about 1-2 years ago - which is when I last had this issue, things have been fine.

It has never come up, and I can stay logged in on Laptop, PC and Ipad, and even on separate browsers on the same device at times. This is new and just started in the last few days. I really noticed this morning when logging on and thought "Not again!"

I had this before a few months ago, can't remember exactly when, but maybe April. THis is the longest it's been pissing me off going on though.

Really sorry about this - it's almost always because Tech have needed to restart the site to introduce a change. It logs everyone out when this happens (even MNHQ )

I know there's a new menu bar in the works......

But for 10 days....I shall grin and bear my pottyness then. For now.
