I thought it would be a good idea if you did some kind of reminder thread in Active Convos for pelvic floor exercises!
I can't have been the only one clenching when I saw the thread title tonight
So if there was one a few times a day I would definitely have the pelvic floor of a sixteen year old.

Yes I think you should generate random thread titles saying KEGEL! Floating around Active Convos. And each time you enter a competition you'd get a popup saying "You have been entered into the competition, now do 10 reps of each set of PF exercise"

It's not discriminatory, even chap MNers would benefit from the occasional clench.

Rebeccamumsnet- contrary to popular belief I don't spend all my time on here! I just thought maybe you would have some clever gadget that would release a pelvic floor thread (into the wild, if you will) at prescribed intervals.
