On the iPhone app is there any way that I can change the colour of all op's and my posts like on the website? I get confused a bit when I can't remember who the op is

Or am I just being a bit dim (most likely answer)

Hello, LadyJeanHearneTuddles. We're afraid you can't do this on the current version of the app but you will be able to on the new version - which should be released fairly soon.
