how do i un-hide a thread?!

no idea how ive done this.. but its the only reason my antenatel club thread has dissapeared from my view..
HELP!

It's under Customise, look for the "Ignore topics" area, there's a link in there to click, scroll to bottom of page to unhide threads.

Go to 'Customise' and scroll right down to the bottom of the page!
