Anyone else get their posts jumbled up as cursor jumps up a few lines by itself?

Keeps happening to me, only on MN. Not every post but quite a few.

I'll be typing out a post and then glance up and realise that my latest sentence has randomly appeared in the middle of my first paragraph.

So then I have to go and delete it and retype it. Why does it happen???? I;m sure I'm not hitting the up arrow or anything.

This kept happening to me. Turned out I was brushing my hand over the mouse pad Blush

But I'm sure you're not as daft as me.

This happens to me on my phone. Bugs the crap out of me. Are you on a PC or something else?

StealthPolarBear · 20/08/2012 11:46

yes on my phone - HTC
It's very annoying. In addition, the visible screen bit disappears so I can't see what I'm typing

openerofjars · 20/08/2012 11:50

Mine's an HTC as well! And the last one did this as well. Hmm.

VivaLeBeaver · 20/08/2012 11:51

Ah, now I'm on a laptop with a mousepad that I don't use. Have locked it now to see if that helps, but it only happens on MN so I'm sure it must be MN's fault. Grin

Yep. On the tablet and the laptop.

Not on iPhone or computer.

It's the touchscreen/mousepad that does it for me.
