Trying to name change and I get an error saying:
The chat nickname you requested ( xxxxx ) cannot be used. Nicknames can consist only of letters and numbers and must be between two and 30 characters long.
But it doesn't break the rules (it's an old name). Can you look into it please? Ta :)
