How long does it take to delete a reported post?

Please could someone from the ivory tower of MNHQ let me know how long it takes to delete a post please? I have posted and would like it removed/edited pleeeeeaaasse! Thanks ever so :-)

They don't delete just because you ask them to. There has to be a good reason.

Length of time until deletion depends on time of day and who is on duty and how busy they are.
