Feedback from feedback threads

Sounds daft, but there were a lot of opinions and valid points raised on the thread about eg. M&S school uniforms. It is all very well giving these companies this cheap research, but will there ever be some answers or feedback from 'them'...

Hi - good question! We do send clients (who have paid for sponsored threads, product tests etc) links to the threads and always offer them the chance to add their feedback to the thread. We often post a message at the end once all feedback is in from the client. Even if we don't then rest assured the transcript of the thread gets emails to them and often circulated around the relevant departments for info/ action where possible.
It's not really a case of MNHQ 'giving' these companies this research - they are paying MN to get the invaluable feedback from the community.
