And i am clicking the sodding button right and everything.

It is a right royal pain in the arse. Particularly when my fsncyphone keeps remembering the wrong names.

AdamTech just had to "turn it off and turn it on again" to introduce a new fix. When the techs do that, it can chuck you off and require you to log back in again.

We know that's not ideal and we are working on ways to prevent it happening.
