Do you mean the link to the mobile site?

If you do, the keep scrolling, it is smaller and right at the very very bottom of the screen in the middle. I can get it on the iPad 2 and iPhone.

Does that help or is it something else?

Why do you want to use the mobile site on the iPad 3 though? The desktop site is much better than the mobile one on the iPad!
