My bookmark function has disappeared!

I can't find it anywhere and I am distressed.

Where has it gone? It was there yesterday, but this morning it was nowhere to be seen. I have hovered, on lots of threads, but no little blue box is forthcoming.

I'm on the main site on iPad.

Mine varies from thread to thread - sometimes the bookmark works, sometimes not. Very frustrating when you're on a longer thread.

Main site, laptop, IE.

It just goes to the pub sometimes.
Has been doing it for a while.
Pretty reasonably IMO.

Mine comes and goes, but it usually reappears if I refresh the thread. Though not always.
