Does Tech need a payrise?

MN what's happening with the site today? Its been crashing left right and centre, and been offline on a number of occasions. Does tech need a payrise so that they can give up their 2nd job and get some more sleep so that this can get sorted? Please?

Indubitably. More money for Tech. I might start an e-petition.

Maybe s/hes been moonlighting to sort out the problems the banks are having.

What's the outlook for today? Settled with few downtimes? Or a more extreme forecast?

Poor ole tech, one man vs 1 million users, at leat of of them given the sites demographic, being hormonal in some way (pg, menstural, menopausal).

I think Grimma has it ;) Maybe now things are settling down at Natwest they'll get better here.

I'm struggling with the thought of a similar failure here; 3 days without money difficult; 3 days without threads being updated impossible!!
