Hi, I'm new to the site and a little confused!
What do things like DD and DS mean?
Sorry if it's a really simple thing that I'm just not getting!

Hi Sara if you click on 'Acronyms" up there ^ all the abbreviations are explained. Welcome. Smile

HRHOliviaMumsnet · 08/06/2012 21:35

TSSDNCOP - should be in the acronym list Hmm
It stands for The Secret Service Does Not Comment On Procedure (and for those trivia-lovers amongst you, it's a reference from The West Wing) - i.e. MNHQ can't always comment on stuff because it would let folk know the way we do things, and then people may find loopholes etc.
HTH (hope this helps)

Some people say that HTH stands for Happy to Help and that it smacks of smugness
