in emoticon format - don't suppose there's any chance of Tech running up a chocolate emoticon - could be bar or box, not fussy Smile.

It's just that

a) it will go well with the red wine emoticon and;
b) it seems to be a favoured food-stuff of a large number of users on this site so might be quite popular [clutching at straws emoticon] and;
c) I'm hoping the availability of virtual chocolate might reduce my reliance on the RL stuff

Thanks in hopes.

oooh how about a big gooey chocolate Cake with chocolate shavings and chocolate frosting all melty like.

:o

MoonlightandRoses · 02/06/2012 15:44

Actually, can we go with HRH's suggestion instead? Benefits of cake and chocolate - what's not to like?

:o :o

or a steaming hot chocolate fudge cake covered in real vanilla ice cream

:o :o

MoonlightandRoses · 02/06/2012 16:07

See I always find fudge cake tastes a bit metallic-y. Can we stick with your first suggestion?

[Wonders when MNHQ are going to notice, ponders opening the Tanqueray]

I think there are plenty of smilies already. Too many do tend to make a site look juvenile. In my opinion.

HerRoyaleHoighnessDirona · 02/06/2012 17:12

:o

t'is lighthearted

Wolfiefan · 02/06/2012 17:42

Give us chocolate. Truffles or a big bar or a chocolate cake option. (Can you tell I'm on a diet!?)
What about a coffee one to wake us up? A dreaded hugs one? Tissue! The list goes on. Jibbering now through lack of chocolate. Heeeelp

FridasBrow · 02/06/2012 17:52

I could do gin, that's for sure.

KatMumsnet · 02/06/2012 18:07

@Wolfiefan

What about a coffee one to wake us up?

Tbf, this Brew might be coffee. Or at the very least, very strong tea...

Wolfiefan · 02/06/2012 18:20

Ha tea is NO substitute! I have days where I am tempted to add boiling water to jar of coffee. I mean that sort of coffee!

HerRoyaleHoighnessDirona · 02/06/2012 18:20

Welcome to the chocolate side :o

Oooh tiramisu gooey gin soaked chocolate Cake

Wolfiefan · 02/06/2012 18:24

Tiramasu. Coffee, choc, dessert, alcohol. Bloody perfect!

KatMumsnet · 02/06/2012 18:29

[hangs head] I don't know what I was thinking. I don't even like tea.

MoonlightandRoses · 02/06/2012 19:50

Yes, but KatMumsnet - it's well known that the logo on the Brew does make it look like a very, ahem, special beverage, containing an ingredient usually only found in Amsterdam chocolate cake. Grin Grin

Yes - now I think I'll agitate for Wolfie's Tiramisu as an emoticon instead.

HerRoyaleHoighnessDirona · 02/06/2012 23:50

Why do gransnet get cake?

Snot fair.

MoonlightandRoses · 02/06/2012 23:51

They do?

[Follows HRH to have a nosey]

OP posts:
MoonlightandRoses · 02/06/2012 23:58

They do! Right here, towards end of thread.

Ok GN's is a pink fairy-cake with a cherry on top, but couldn't Tech run one up for us in a chocolate alcohol soaked version?

MNHQ - pretty please?
