The Facebook recommend thingy....could we stop anonymous linking?

Not questioning whether it should exist at all, that debate has been done to death, i know.

But some threads are linked (as signified by the number at the top of the thread) and it just seems inappropriate, sensitive issues etc.

What im suggesting is that not only would we see how many times a thread has been posted to fb but, maybe if you hover over the number?, also the names of those who linked.

I think this would possibly make people think twice before linking, ask themselves if its actually appropriate, would they be happy for others on the thread to know they had linked.

Btw, im suggesting the mn name is shown not the fb details.

Well, I can't see the fb links now so I've completely forgotten all about that number of links stuff but isn't there a danger that you might be able to link mn names to real names if you have mnners as fb friends but they have since changed their mn name?

Every time a comment is added to a FB post with a linked thread it shows up as a separate 'Recommned' on here. So possibly not 34 people all linking it, just 34 comments.
