Ok, why can't I make the archived search work?

It hasn't worked for me for months! i can't find anything! Is anyone else having this problem and if not, what am I doing wrong?

what are you searching and in which catergory. I'll try it and see if its just your computer or if its a problem?

I am just randomly searching to try to make it wqork, IYSWIM.

I tried "Gina" in the subject lines, in all topics, from 2000! you would think I wouod get 1 result at least!

I thuoght MN Towers were working on merging the search facility so it searches everything and doing away with the divide between current and archive?

And yes, I sometimes get a blank result where one should get loads of hits.

And doesn't it only go up to the end of 2004 or something?

Mmm, I was looking for a sausage roll thread the other day and thought it was just me that was crap, maybe that explains it (I just knew it couldnt have been me ).

well I just tried own brand in the keywords box and my name as poster and got a thread, but I did try soemthing yesterday and kept getting nil when I know there were threads

you can pick topics in archives it's a drop down menu?
