Profile details disappearing when editing bits?

Is this a normal thing? If I want to edit my profile it clears anything I've already got written on my profile page so I start with a blank slate each time.

Thank you! I only just noticed it when I went to change my profile, thought I'd maybe not done it properly last time or something but then it happened again.

Hi, We've found what's causing this and will put out a fix overnight. You should be able to change it tomorrow.
