How can I refresh a page on my iPhone?

That is it really- am I being a complete dingbat and missing an obvious tab/button thingy?

At the right end of the address bar there is a little circular arrow, tap that and it will refresh the page.

If on the MN app you have to flip thread and flip back. It's a flipping pain.
