Hi need techy profile help please

I change my name often but always link my profile to it using profile mover, no probs with that.

However usually once I move it if I want to edit my profile it lets me do that fine, but now it shows me a blank profile ready to edit iykwim. This doesn't happen with photos, I can see them and edit fine.

When I click my profile I can see it as others see it, but when I look at the version on my account it is blank.

Do you know what I mean? Can try and explain better if you like, its been a long day!!

Hi giraffes - I'm afraid I'm clueless on this one, but we will see if Tech can take a look.

No bother, not urgent but has been happening for a month or so now, at first I assumed it was a glitch ya know one of those "we are offline for a bit, go and interact with your family" type glitches of late! But seems to be going on still. I can do screen shots/detailed expalnation of what I click/mean if tech needs, its deffo not appearing as it used to do before.

Hi GCGP, that is odd. I can see the problem happening. We'll have a look today at what might be causing it.

It deffo used to be fine as have always updated name for seasonal/relavant/boredom changes and yet been able to update profile no problem as when I use the profile mover thing it goes with it fine.

Hi, We've found what's causing this and will fix it overnight. It should be working in the morning.
