recomened to facebook

I have not been on mn for a while but have posed quite a bit this week and noticed the recomend to facebook think at the top of threads. I started a thread today that has been recomened on facebook. I just wondered if there is an option to opt out of the threads I start being recomened on facebook?

actually i take that back it has not been remonded it just says recomend, but even still are we able opt out of threads being recomended?

Nope. The same way you can't stop someone copying the link and putting it on Facebook.
