LA Fitness Family Swim Pass Offer - no Joy!

I've tried to sign up twice now for the family swim pass - once by clicking the advert directly on the site, and once from the email which was sent by Mumsnet. Each time I've had a page saying I was successful and the pass would be emailed to me, but I've never received it. Have checked spam in my mailbox, but not there either.

Help!

Hi Zhx3, sorry to hear you've having difficulties signing up.

We've contacted LA Fitness and they've said their systems are currently working fine as they can see other people?s passes going through without issue. Can you try and sign up again with a different email address? It might help also if you add "[email protected]? to your address book.

If it fails to work after that, please do contact their Customer Services team on 0844 770 7700 and hopefully they'll be able to get it sorted for you!
