Sorry if this is me being dense (and it probably is) but is there a way to click on a thread and be taken to where you last read? This facility has been on other forums I've viewed (all 4 ! ) but I can't work it out and I have tried searching for the answer. I know about I'm Watching and bumping and resetting btw. Thank you.

In your 'my mumsnet' settings I think you have to turn Bookmarking on.

Thank you for replying. I could not find bookmarking in My Mumsnet but there was an option in Customise, so I have now turned that on and made sure I am viewing the new MN settings. So far nothing has changed but perhaps something will become apparent soon.

nemno, hover your cursor over a post. If you've successfully enabled bookmarks, a little blue box saying "bookmark" will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the post. Click on that and it will then go "saving" > "saved".
