Hi
I've been having a problem for several weeks now Blush with my PM "send" button not sending - I get "error on page" at bottom left of screen when I try .
I take it that means the problem is with my operating system ( is that what it's called ) , & not Mn ? No idea how to fix it ... many thanks

Hi cityhobgoblin, sorry to hear that. Could you do us a favour and visit out diagnostics page. When you get there, hit "Send report." That will send some information to us about what browser you are using, and allow us to investigate more easily. Thanks.

Hi, Unfortunately it looks like you are on a browser version that should work, so I'm at a bit of a loss.
Two things that could help. The second of these might be a bit of a hassle, sorry.

  1. does this happen all the time, or is it only sometimes?
  2. When the error on page error comes up, could you click it - i.e. click the little yellow warning sign in the bottom left of the screen. That should bring up a little message box in the middle of the screen with a bit more detail of what is wrong. If you are able to, could you let us know what the text in that box says. You should be able to select it with the mouse, do Ctrl-C for copy then do Ctrl-V to paste it into a message. Thanks.
