Mail box notification

I've apparently got mail that I can't see - because there's nothing unread in my inbox (and I've had a recent message since the problem started) and yet I've still got the red star that suggests unread mail on the envelope at the top - anyone else having this problem too?

Yes, its working OK now thanks Tech - and the message delay has sorted itself out.
