I was lurking to see what else had been posted and noticed a post of mine from yesterday had mysteriously changed to another MN name! Shock
It was fine for ages yesterday but I noticed it about half an hour ago Confused

Was there a random repeat of that day last year when people's post appeared under the wrong names? And if so is it fixed now??

Does it mean someone else is me - or do they now know who I actually am? Shock

And should I report it and if so how do I do that?

Salmo , you're more likely to get help if you report your OP and ask HQ to move this thread to Site Stuff. They're the only ones who can really help and they're unlikely to see a thread in Chat.

My whole Mumsnet has been weird today, running like treacle and pages refusing to load.

Was it me Salmo? Grin

Look in the bar at the top of the post. Your NN is on the left and on the right there are 3 options. Click on Report.

Oh really Thunderbolt?? I turned into MmeBovary or something. Most disconcerting! Confused

I turn my back for five minutes to go to work ....

Ok so I've asked for this to be moved to Site Stuff.

How odd it was to see my post under someone else's name!

I'm soooo sorry!! It wasn't my post at all - it really was Mrs Bovary (who may have quoted a bit of my post maybe or said something very similar)

Olivia, it's the same in Chrome and Firefox, restarted, cleared cookies etc (that's the sum of my knowledge), and it's not made any difference. It's only MN that's affected.

I've had to use my phone, or do RL and it was scary.
