MN App on iPhone

Please can you update this? It only has limited icons and there are so many things that need improving!
If enough MNers post suggestions can we get an update for the app please MNHQ?

I wondered if there's a way to view the full thread title as mine seems to cut off and turning the phone makes no difference. Does anyone know?

And PMs? Can't they come up on the app too?

Plus there is no way to see personal messages (I think) a if there is I haven't found it. Also navigating through topics is hard, is there a way to make the section heading (chat for example) navigable?

Also not able to "unwatch" threads on it?

And bookmarking. I don't bother with the app except on very long threads, then it has its uses as it doesn't crash.

I find the mobile site good but the App seems much quicker for access, unfortunately it's just a little dated and abandoned!

so a mixture of the two seems the ideal. The quick access of the app and then what is basically the mobile site once you've accessed it?

Also full thread titles. Sometimes its hard to know what the poster is talking about as you don't get full title and poster doesn't put it in the main post

I still have trouble with links in app posts. I can't remember if it's just in-site posts or external too but something doesn't work.

It's the ones linking to other threads that doesn't work. Vair annoying!

Yes, the external links work but not the links to other threads. Also if it's a really long thread you can't find the bit you left it at - whichever way you flip it. Titles a problem too.

Just thought of another, the options at the bottom of the screen...sometimes I'm engrossed in a thread and my finger brushes the bottom of the screen causing me to go 'Home' or somewhere other than where I was thus losing my place and sometimes even losing the thread I was reading! SO could we have that as a drop down (/up) menu instead so it's not in the way?

Also a refresh screen button? I don't like having to jump in and out of threads just to see an update.

Yes, please update the app. It does feel a bit unloved compared to everything on the main site. YYY to showing full titles, and having a refresh button. And being able to unwatch threads. Also, it would be good to delete old or unnecessary threads on 'I'm on'. Also, please make it easier to find thread names. I'm always forgetting where AIBU and Chat are located.

Yeah. I hate hate HATE that on the app you can't just skip forward pages but have to scroll through. And I always do the accidental touching of a button and losing a thread
