Namechanging

Please please can you help me change my name? I have been into my mumsnet, then registration details then put in the new name and saved and it is STILL the same...

I know I am a numpty....

Under Registration details, change your name in the 'Chat nickname' field and then do not forget to save changes.

It should not be more complicated than that. It has certainly worked for me in the past.

Have you been naughty? Sometimes they won't let you change your name if you have. Pagwatch has had the same name for years. Just sayin'.
