I can't load a picture in Member Profiles

I've tried everything
reducing the pic in Paint making it way below 100kb snipping bits off the pic so it's not too tall or wide or whatever it could be making it not load.... but It still won't happen Humph!

Oh I can't just yet... to CAT I have to pay £5 and as there's been a balls up with the bank (loads of charges long story) I can't afford it at the mo... will just have to keep trying. Thankyou anyway x
