I 'forgot' to see a lampost, in the middle of an otherwise emnpty car park last week! Car's written off. . But I'll do well out of it. Just 'forgot' to look where I was going.

( I did actually spell some of the words correctly in that last post)

how the chuff do you write off a car with a lamppost in a carpark? or were you doing handbreak turns again?

oh the car is/was 9 years old, all of the front mashed in, new panels all round, new radiator and stuff. All adds up pretty quickly and the ration is "write-off if the cost would be 2/3 or more of the car value". < tedious detail>
