So, the box is just for you? Grin

PigeonPie · 02/01/2012 20:03

Also, can it be put back on the Active Convos page please? I'm sure it used to be there on the right hand side, but it disappeared at one of the re-vamps.

Thank you.

AtYourCervix · 02/01/2012 20:08

oh yes. in active convos and a box for helpfu comments like what the actual fuck are you on?

OP posts:
SuePurblybilt · 02/01/2012 20:09

We could add 'did you post this tip just to enter a competition?'. But the poster would never see it Grin.

AtYourCervix · 02/01/2012 20:12

or maybe it could be just for smilies. no sweary rude nd offensive stuff. just a Confused or a Hmm would do.

That's a bit akin to "liking" though AYC. Comments would be better.

Jacksmania · 03/01/2012 01:08

Comments would be great. Like, how fucking drunk were you when you dreamed this shit up??

Or, alternately, "this tip changed my life! Thank you sooooooo much. I luuuuuuurve MN."
(It could happen.)

AtYourCervix · 03/01/2012 09:57

you are right Maryzzzzzzzzzzz. And Jacks - much more in the spirit of it.

Hello

Well now, given that it's us at MNHQ who choose the tips (rather than posters nominating themselves) it might be a bit mean to open them up to rotten fruit constructive criticism from their esteemed MNing colleagues.

But I'm just the bottle-washer around here so I'll kick it upstairs to see what everyone thinks.

MaryZed · 03/01/2012 13:10

Did you see the wine one Rowan?

I don't know which of you thought putting a tip about left-over wine on Mumsnet at Christmas time.

I've never heard of a mumsnetter with an unfinished bottle of wine Grin.

RowanTheRedNosedMumsnet · 03/01/2012 13:14

I didn't see it Maryz but it's become the stuff of folklore already.

I'll have you know that I have THREE unfinished bottles of wine in my kitchen from the so-called 'festive' period [prim] and I am readying my ice-cube trays RIGHT NOW I'm not really but only cos I don't have any
