Why has the bold gone teeny weeny?

It kind of takes away from the extra emphasis when it's all shrunked and stuff.

I don't think it looks any different but I'm pretty tired today
Erm. Do italics not work for emphasis?

Bold now seems to be a font size smaller. This is MN Classic (for me, at least).

Actually I quite like it. I think the emphasis stands out.

It's less shouty

It looks a bit weird; like a tiny shouty whisper... :)

I think it's a nice new polite mode. I'm shouting, but not so loudly that it might disturb anyone. AIBU will be a reformed place.

Nah - no way is it the same size. I'm looking at my non-bold m in I'm and the bold s in shouting and the s is smaller.

Hello. Yes, we've changed the bold text so it's the same size as the plain text. On tidy/aesthetic/less shouty grounds.
