Drop Down Banner for Active conversations etc ?

What is it , when did it appear and now that I have closed it will it stay away forever, please.

It's been there for a couple of months at least, LIZS.

It won't stay away forever, but I think mine only reappears if I namechange or log out and back in.

Maybe I just zapped it previously then ... but it is back already

I like it.

oh and I don't mean the navigation bar which has be there a while, the one which appears as you scroll down with Active & I'm On under mumsnet, icons for fb twitter, email, printer etc and a search box. Can we have something under Customise to deactviate it please ?

I thought I had somehow. It only lasted a day and hasn't come back.

Hello. There IS an option to deactivate it in Customise, already.

You need to find 'Hide the viewport bar (A.K.A. slide bar)' under 'Other options' and change it to 'Yes'.
