Secret Santa - have I missed something?

I have tried a quick search but can't find the original thread which I'm pretty sure did have rough dates on it. I did apply to be a secret santa but not sure when we get the details? Only because I'm abroad I was having a small panic on postal dates - not because I'm in anyway organised for Christmas
