MNHQ - just to say I really like the options on 'Threads I'm on'

& to ask if they have a time limit

ie if someone bumped a thread of mine from years ago would it come to the top of 'Threads I'm on' if I'm on the 'most recently active' choice?

Yes, I think it would do.
The default setting for Threads I'm On is to display the five most recent replies. You can also customise how you sort Threads I'm On and how many days Threads I'm On checks back to.
