minor fault with MN page <title> info

Just noticed a page called #28047818#28047818 after posting a comment.

Not sure if it was a one-off or someone has modified some HTML code and 'broken' the page title handling for the moment...

PS I'm assuming it was a one-off, though I've seen similar before (and reported when it was happening, before, too).
