Inspired by the 11 people who completed the first survey from this thread: Can we have a like button on every posters post an expanded survey of suggestions has been put together.

Anyone without a sense of humour is invited to click Hide this thread, frothing beserkers are invited to start their own thread in AIBU and the rest of you please click www.surveymonkey.com/s/MM3TBDD. You get one go at the survey.

Results will be published on Friday.

I voted 'what is this iphone that you speak of'.

All I know about iphones is that people are always saying, 'sod it, bloody iphone' when they make a hilarious and nonsensical typo.

KatieMorticiaton · 12/10/2011 10:12

Damn you RustyBear

Good survey. Brief, to the point and no faffing about wondering exactly what the question really wants you to answer...

I think a sitting on the fence button would be good (^). Of course a dislike button is necessary if we have a like button otherwise the true mn balance would not be achievable. To be honest, I read lots of threads - I only post if I have something to say (that's not been said countless times before) or I feel strongly on the subject - but then I'm a long time poster, and you're not trying to interest me in the site.

Arion · 12/10/2011 10:14

Oh, and a "tampax" button for Trills

mistlethrush · 12/10/2011 10:16

Then we need a lentil weavery button too. Particularly useful on the craft threads

PestoCoffinisto · 12/10/2011 10:17

Fab survey

ScrambledSmegs · 12/10/2011 10:19

I filled in the survey yesterday but phone was being numpty-esque and wouldn't let me post to say I had.

Best. Survey. Ever.

Bucharest · 12/10/2011 10:27

Very good, but my bosoms have now been hoiked so far they're in the next state.

BerryLellow · 12/10/2011 10:35

Love this survey :o

BestLaidPlans · 12/10/2011 10:56

Damn it! Laughed loud enough to wake the baby early from her nap and now I have to go and do some actual parenting.

Blackduck · 12/10/2011 11:12

JD - I am so with you! Can you imagine be 'liked' by certain people.....!

KM - what are the scores on the doors this morning (now that Rusty has rigged the whole thing ;) )

flowery · 12/10/2011 11:20

I agree with Rusty we need a 'Mwa ha ha!' button.

RustyBear · 12/10/2011 11:59

Don't worry, I didn't do 94 extra votes! I did do a couple extra this morning to check whether I could (before I started work in case there are any parents who know me on here!) but I varied the answers a bit, so as not to skew the results too much.

I always voted for Pag though....

430 replies. All change on Q1 for top spot.

If anyone feels their organisation could do with having their employee opinion survey spiced up a bit I am available from next month. I'm fully CIPD qualified and can do a full statistical analysis and make recommendations. Just PM me Wink

Oh,

sorry could you just clarify, I don't understand. How many votes for trialling the like button, how many against? How many hoisters?

KurriKurri · 12/10/2011 12:42

Love the idea of Rusty changing her answers to suit her multiple personalities Grin

JacquesDerrida · 12/10/2011 12:44

ahem. what please does all change on top spot for q1 actually mean.

punkinpie · 12/10/2011 12:48

Haven't read whole thread, but...obviously once Pag is Queen, she can do what the hell she likes. Buttons or no buttons.

beakinthebeeswax · 12/10/2011 12:53

I have done it.

I shall probably over-use like button as I luffs everyone.

Smile
KatieMorticiaton · 12/10/2011 13:17

I am not revealing details. This is a proper survey innit. Just wanted to tantalise you all a bit by letting you know that for Q1 the top answer has changed from X to Y. But I am not revealing which answer is X and which is Y.

But I will tell you Hec has lost considerable ground since yesterday afternoon.

Full results will be revealed on Friday.

JacquesDerrida · 12/10/2011 13:19

Oh, thankyou very much. I feel completely enlightened Grin

You are a good'un for doing this, young Katie.

KatieMorticiaton · 12/10/2011 13:23

Arf at Jacques

Oooh it's all changed again on Q1!

OP posts:
JacquesDerrida · 12/10/2011 13:24

So we do know it's neck and neck, right? at present anyway.

HecateGoddessOfTheNight · 12/10/2011 13:27

Shock I don't want to be queen of mumsnet but I don't want to lose by a mile either! At least pretend y'feckers like me a bit!! Grin
