can't change my nickname

I get an error message 'The chat nickname you requested (xxxxxxx) cannot be used. Nicknames can consist only of letters and numbers and must be between two and 30 characters long'.

If I select a name someone else already has, I get the correct error message that tells me so.

Can you help please?

Hi Tyrion, Can you let us know what nickname you are trying to change to. As the error message says, it can only have letters and numbers in it (no punctuation) and can't be longer than 30 characters. Does the one you are trying fit that requirement? If you'd rather not post it here, drop us an email.
