MN Local glitch (add a directory listing)?

I've been trying to add directory listings in Local, but have had a couple of glitches. The post codes don't appear once I post the listings, and the word 'hello' appears at the top of the listing. The word 'there' appears under 'tell a friend'.

Friendly, but a bit odd. Am I doing something wrong?
