Why is my history shown on google?

When mumsnet is googled on my laptop, it shows how many visits and the last date, for, say Relationships. I clear my history of internet use as a matter of course several times a day, so why am being "outed" in this way?

So when you just google MN or when you google something else and MN is a hit?

What browser are you using?

Not a MN issue. A Google or browser issue for sure.

Check your internet settings for your browser.

Might also be a virus scanning 'feature'.
