Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will have a think about how we can make comps more accessible for folks with hearing difficulties if/when we run another competition such as this one again.
Apologies and - we should, of course, have thought of this in advance.

You could always have a transcript that can be emailed on request - a lot cheaper than having subtitles attached and means someone from mnhq can type it and be bribed with in order to do so
